If the business fails to make a required payment, the undersigned agrees to pay the outstanding balance personally. This guarantee remains active for all current and future amounts owed. The undersigned understands that Ganesha Sweets is not required to provide notice of late payments or changes to credit terms, and such updates do not change the undersigned’s responsibility under this guarantee.
